To keep your NYXA pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
When needed, gently polish your jewelry using a soft, non-abrasive cloth to restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing tools, as they may damage the finish.

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery taking 5–7 business days after fulfillment.
Why can’t I see tracking information after fulfillment?
This occurs when the package has been picked up but hasn’t yet been scanned into the carrier’s system. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
NYXA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order was delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled as long as they haven’t entered processing. Once an order is in production or being prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
